Eli had his 4 month check up this week. He weighed 11.14lbs and measured 25 inches long.

I love Eli's grin.

He is putting everything in his mouth now.

This was Daddy's girafe when he was a baby.

He is so long!

I don't know how he gets himself in these crazy positions.

Wahoo for Aunt Emmy visiting!  Eli really enjoyed playing and walking with Aunt Emmy.

Eli started daycare at a woman's house in Galveston this week.  Bebe watches two other children who are nine months old.  He seems happy there except he refuses to nap much.
There was no shade so we had him well covered.

Camp Beaverhead 2011

It was a big week for the Esham Clan.  We went on our first family vacation to Beaverhead camp in northwestern Ontaria.  We flew to Minneapolis and had my 30th birthday dinner and then flew on to International Falls, Minnesota with Debbie and George.  We spent the night there and then traveled onward the next morning.
We of course had to have breakfast at the Chocolate Moose.

Eli was still a little sleepy at breakfast.

Eli's first boat ride up the Manitou.  He tolerated Aunt Kristen's life jacket fairly well.

It was a beautiful day and smooth ride.

It was a big week for our little peanut.  He started to roll over so he could not be swaddled at night anymore.  I was worried he may not sleep as well, but he has done great.  He is not sleeping through the night yet, but he will give me a 5-6 hour stretch of sleep.

He loves this bumbo seat.   He looks so much older sitting up in it.

He likes to kick this toy in front of him.  He gets so excited when it crinkles.

Lynnie and Eli have become buddies.

Adam and I left our little baby to attend Deepa and Neal's wedding reception.
