Happy Thanksgiving!  We traveled home to Ohio for the holiday.  It was wonderful to be with family.
Aunt Emmie feeding Eli sweet potatoes for his turkey day meal.

It was so fun for all the cousins to play together.  I think Max is hiding in this picture.

Eli even got to sit with Ghee at the adult table for dinner.

The kids were enamored with Aunt Faith playing the piano.

We had a campfire and made some mountain pie pizzas.

Eli seems to really enjoy campfires.

Lauren and Sami kept Eli completely entertained.

I think Eli looks a little bit like Uncle Brandon.

We took a very needed after dinner walk.

Eli is starting to get his balance while sitting.

Yes it is November, but no worries Mom warmed it up for me!

Dad is so good at feeding me.  I think it is those talented surgeon hands.

Well we got a little out of control with the rice cereal tonight!

I love my little boy so much.

Rachel met us for lunch and some shopping.

Within a weeks time he was sitting up on his own.

So far he has eaten rice cereal, peas, green beans, prunes, and sweet potatos.  It takes some patience but he will eventually eat them.

Happy Halloween!  I apologize for putting so many of my pumpkin, but I couldn't decide which was cutest.

Eli is 6 months old this week.  I can't believe Adam and I have a 6 month old child.  He is growing up so fast.  He is amazing and so happy all the time.  He was 13.9lbs and 26.5inches long.  He is tall and skinny just like his daddy.

Auntie Robin came to spend her fall break with her favorite nephew.

He's not loving the rice cereal, but at least he is not refusing.

He was supposed to be napping but of course is smiling at us instead.

Auntie spoiled little Eli while Mommy went to work.

Bath time!

We had to put his bath tub in our shower as he loves to splash around and make a mess.

We went to the Garofalo's pool however I couldn't figure out the heater so the water was a bit chilly.

Crazy Auntie and Eli decided to brave the cold water.

Surprisingly Eli didn't cry until we took him out of the pool.

Eli had his 6 month check up and was loaded up on the vaccines.

He handles his shot pretty well.

Auntie and Eli waiting on the porch for Grandpa to come home.

It doesn't matter how chilly it is outside Eli always loves it.

We had such a nice visit with Auntie and will miss her.

Our trip to Ohio was so much fun.  We were on an early morning flight on the way home and Eli couldn't understand why all the business people were working and not playing with him.
His first ride in a tree swing.

Great Grandpa could not get enough of Eli.  It was so cute to see him tickle Eli.

We are so grateful for these visits with Great Grandma and Grandpa.

I love this picture!

Morning reading time.

Such a happy boy!

He is pushing up but not crawling yet.

We also spent the night at Uncle Brandon's and Aunt Michelle's house.

Eli's cousins (Sam and Lauren) were so great with him.  They took such good care.  I can't wait till we live close so they can play together more often.
